It opens with Aoud and a faintly sweet floral note...whispered to be Magnolia.
Middle notes of unsweetened chocolate and Tonka bean with a hint of cinnamon to spice things up.
Base note of a smooth, sensual sandalwood makes this concoction the favorite Nasomatto scent of the collection to date.

“Pardon” by Nasomatto is another stroke of genius by Alessandro Gualtieri and who knows, perhaps this new fragrance creation will attain the similar cult status as “Black Afgano”

With “Pardon”, Gualtieri has interpreted the contemporary note Aoud in his very own unique way: in combination with floral notes and, as one or the other “nose” has guessed, magnolia…….



An internet review:  "The first note that I smell is a note of Aoud, very similar to the Aoud note of "Black Afgano" and "Duro", then appears dark chocolate, immediately followed by something chemical - flowery and vetiver. Finally returns oudh, that on my skin is the main note of this fragrance. A trivial and obvious classic but(as in the style of Nasomatto designed to be smelled from miles away,and after more than twelve hours after application. In the billboard that advertises "Pardon", the nose has made this fragrance was photographed as Count Robert de Montesquiou - Fezensac in the portrait painted by Giovanni Boldini. This character, really existed in the late nineteenth century, inspired 2 famous dandies of literature: Des Essaintes in the novel "A rebours" by Huysmans, and the Baron Charlus of the Proust's "Recherche", but honestly I think that a real dandy would refuse to wear something so trivial and loud at the same time."
